Let me start off by saying I'm not a personal friend to the staff nor employee. Just a professional that wanted a great affordable place to call home for my family and I.I want to give a HUGE thanks to Emily, Luciano, and Carmen for giving us that and more. I have NO bad comments about the staff, mold issues, animal problems inside and out, nor noise complaints like other apartments! We absolutely love the peaceful and diverse community. We also love how its on the bus route, tucked away from busy roads, and minutes away from various shops and diners! They work hard to maintain a safe and clean community. Even though they can't please everyone, the staff really cares and go above and beyond to help. This was a great find for a great price. We enjoy our new home and know you will too. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The Front office and staff were great during my stay here. I rarely needed maintenance but when I did they were very quick on getting it addressed. Everyone there knew me by name, and was always greeted when I came in the front office even to pick up packages or stop and say hi when I ran into them around the complex. My first time there I was greeted by Luciano who toured me around the complex and helped me sign my lease (Luciano was high key my favorite staff). Unfortunately I had to leave for school and on my last day there I got the biggest hug and good luck from the leasing manager, Carmen. This community is what you make it! Even the residents there were very nice and friendly. Never had any noise complaints either. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Came to look for a new apartment. Will be moving in Oct. As soon as i walked in I felt like I was at Moe's. The staff immediately said "Thank you for visiting the palms at sand lake!" The office was full of residents and people coming to look for information. I couldn't believe the way the staff got along with everyone. Very friendly people... I was helped out by not 1 person but all of the staff. Luciano was the one who toured me around property. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the property and its surroundings. Even though they don't have an apartment available for my desired move in date he worked with the Manager Carmen to see if they couldn't make something work for me! I WILL BE BACK. It's not just being able to live in a beautiful community but to also have a staff like the palms at sand lake that makes the community feel at home! Thanks for the Great experience! P.S when I was in the office Maintenance kept coming in letting the staff know that work orders were completed. Very hard to find a community that also has a great Maintenance TEAM!!!
